The 5th Takamatsu International Piano Competition concluded with the winners' concert on February 24, 2023.
The competition opened on February 12, and after the first and second rounds, 10 pianists advanced to the third round, where they performed a commissioned piece and chamber music. Then, on February 22 and 23, five talented pianists performed wonderfully in the final round. The performances of all contestants, including those five finalists, can be viewed on YouTube. The first prize winner, Philippe Lynov, will perform again on October 15, 2023, at the gala concert in Takamatsu, Japan. We hope you will enjoy his performance at the hall. We hope you will join us in supporting our new finalists, including Mr. Lynov.
